On December 8th, 1984, Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley lost his life in a fatal car crash as a passenger of Motley Crue singer Vince Neil. CNN / NBC Anchorman Jim Thomas was Vince Neil's neighbor and friend in 1984 at the Del-Phi Condominiums and was present the night of the party that lead to Razzle's untimely death.
